Refund policy

All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges on most items.

Most pieces in our shop are handmade and one-of-a-kind, so no two are exactly alike. Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on one-of-a-kind items once an order has been placed.

Exception: For items we make in multiple quantities (such as our Stasher Rings and Macaron Rings), we're happy to make an exception and offer a return or exchange, since we're able to replace these with another of the same design.

If your item arrives damaged or you believe there was an error with your order, please contact us at kandi.kisses.shop@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.
